Rostr. Founding coaches

Run your coaching like a business, not a group chat.

Rostr gives independent youth-sports coaches a personal booking page, packages that keep their own count, and card payments that land straight in your bank.

The current system, reviewed

  • Your rates live in your head.
  • Your schedule lives in three group texts and a gut feeling.
  • Your money lives in Venmo — whenever you get around to asking.
  • And the Johnson kid's package balance? Four left. Or three. His mom is positive it's five.

You're a good coach with a bad back office. We're the back office.

What you get

Your whole operation, in order.

Everything a one-coach business needs to run itself — and nothing that gets between you and the kids on the field.

Nº 01

A booking page that's yours

rostr.coach/yourname — your rates, your packages, your live availability. Parents tap a link, pick a slot, and book. It looks professional because it is.

Nº 02

Packages that track themselves

Sell a 10-pack once and it keeps its own count. Every confirmed session ticks the balance down, in plain view. Nobody argues about session eleven.

Nº 03

Paid straight to your bank

Cards are charged when a session confirms — not before — and the money goes to your bank through Stripe. No requests, no "I'll catch you next week."

Nº 04

Reminders that kill no-shows

Automated texts go out before every session. Forgetful families remember, and your Tuesday 5 p.m. stops quietly evaporating.

Nº 05

Your rules, enforced by software

Minimum notice. "Two back-to-back sessions or the drive isn't worth it." Set a rule once and the page holds the line — you never have to be the bad guy.

Nº 06

Shared sessions, no awkward math

Two families splitting one session each pay their share up front. Nobody fronts money for the neighbors, and nobody chases the neighbors.

Three steps · one of them is yours

How it works

  1. Text us your rates and availability

A screenshot of your notes app is fine. That's the whole assignment.

  2. We build your page

Rates, packages, rules, open slots — set up for you. You look it over, we adjust, it goes live at rostr.coach/yourname.

  3. Send your link once

Drop it in the group text you already have. Parents book — and rebook — without asking you a thing.

Founding Coach — early group

Claim a founding coach spot

If you're reading this, we're still taking founding coaches. You don't need to be full-time, and you don't need a business. Most of the coaches we're building with are fitting a few sessions a week around a job — that's exactly who this is for.

We're a small team, so we bring coaches on a handful at a time and stay close while you get going. When we're at capacity this section comes down, and it goes back up when we've caught our breath.

We'd rather build this with a handful of coaches than guess at what you need. So the ask is simple: use it for real, and tell us what's clumsy, missing, or wrong. Getting that right matters more to us than what we could charge you for it — which is why founding coaches pay 0%.

  • 0% platform fee. You keep what you charge. We make our money from a small fee parents pay at checkout, not from you.
  • A direct line to the team. Tell us what's broken about running lessons. We build accordingly.
  • Your page, set up for you. Rates, packages, rules — done before you've finished practice.

What it costs you: nothing. Parents pay a small booking fee when they book. The only thing on your side is standard card processing — the same cut any card reader takes.

No contract. If it doesn't earn its keep, walk away.
We're US-only for now — card payouts and text reminders are set up for the States. Elsewhere? Sign up anyway and we'll let you know when we reach you.

Before you ask

Three fair questions

What does it cost me?

Nothing. Founding coaches pay a 0% platform fee. Parents pay a small booking fee at checkout, and standard card processing comes out of each payment — same as any card reader. No subscription, no setup charge, no fine print we'd be embarrassed to read aloud.

Do my parents need an app?

No — just a link. Your page opens in the browser on the phone they already own. If they can order a pizza online, they can book a session.

What if I already take Venmo or cash?

Fine — keep taking them. Use Rostr for the things Venmo can't do: packages that track their own balance, reminders that kill no-shows, booking rules that enforce themselves, and shared sessions split cleanly up front.
